A mother’s legacy spans the dimensions of  her child’s life, and Kristina Wiseman, owner and creator of Kristina’s Pasta, has been raised by a mother who left her with a desire for culinary adventure!   

Your tastebuds will thank you for the introduction to Kristina’s Pasta, a gourmet range of fresh ravioli filled with innovative blends of locally sourced produce!  All handmade at Kristina’s home in Bangalow in the Byron Bay hinterland.

Originally a New Orleans’ girl, Kristina had sold fresh ravioli at the Farmers Markets in her home town.  As a Regional and Slow Food advocate, Kristina has sought unique Australian ingredients and local farmers for produce. 

Byron Bay Food was treated to a tour of Kristina’s garden that she harvests for her recipes,  clearly bursting with inspiration for her Ravioli creations. Lemon myrtle and macadamia feature in some blends, with the big hit in our family being the spinach, organic ricotta (also made fresh by Kristina) and lemon myrtle ravioli. 

Her clever combination of beetroot, orange and macadamia is sweet and delicio! 

You could almost eat it for dessert!  Kristina’s serving suggestions on the pack will steer you toward the Duck with orange sauce combo, and there’s no argument here on that recommendation! Served as an entree or main, the ravioli plate up beautifully with their lovely shapes and colours!  A definite conversation starter and appetite pleaser!

Each pack contains 20 pieces of Ravioli + 2 main meals or 4 entrees for $14 per pack delivered locally.
